7 Brew Coffee Menu: Every Classic, Flavor and Decaf Option (2026)
Independent guide. We are not affiliated with 7 Brew Coffee.
The 7 Brew coffee menu is built on seven Classics: latte, mocha, macchiato, breve, cappuccino, Americano and cold brew. Pick one, add a flavor, and choose hot or iced. This guide covers each drink, decaf rules, caffeine estimates and sugar-free swaps, so you can order with confidence.

Q · What’s on the coffee menu?
Seven Classics: latte, mocha, macchiato, breve, cappuccino, Americano and cold brew. Each can take a flavor, and most espresso drinks can be decaf or half-caf. Cold brew can’t.

What’s on the 7 Brew coffee menu?
Q · How is the coffee grouped?
7 Brew calls its coffee the Classics. Six are espresso drinks and one is cold brew. Any of them can take a flavor.
Most Classics can be hot or iced, and many have a blended Chiller version. Here is how the seven compare.
Drink | Made with | Texture and strength | Decaf? |
Espresso and steamed milk | Mild and milky
Espresso, steamed milk and chocolate | Sweet and chocolatey
Espresso layered with milk and a flavored finish | Espresso-forward and sweet
Espresso and steamed half-and-half | Rich and creamy
Espresso, steamed milk and foam | Light and foamy
Espresso and water | Bold and thin
Slow-steeped coffee served over ice | Smooth and low in acid |
Does 7 Brew have hot coffee? Yes. Every espresso Classic can be served hot. Plain brewed coffee isn’t one of the seven, though some delivery listings show a House Blend, so ask your stand if you want one.
Chai and matcha lattes sit with the tea and chai guide, not here. For the bigger picture, our 7 Brew overview covers all seven drink categories.
Espresso drinks vs cold brew: which fits you?
Q · Espresso or cold brew?
Espresso drinks are warmer, milkier and flavor-led. Cold brew is smoother and lower in acid, and it’s the only Classic that can’t go decaf.

Espresso drinks
Six of the seven Classics start with espresso. The milk, the foam and the flavor decide the rest. A latte is gentle, a breve is rich and a macchiato leans on the espresso with a sweet finish.
Cold brew
Cold brew is coffee steeped slowly and served over ice. It tastes smoother than iced espresso drinks. Sweet flavors like Blondie, Brunette and White Mac are common builds.
Hot, iced or blended
Hot suits cool mornings. Iced suits most of the year. Blended Chiller versions suit hot days and dessert cravings. Ice melts fast in a warm car, so ask for less ice on a long drive.
The 7 Classics, drink by drink
Q · Where do I start?
Latte for mild, breve for rich, cold brew for smooth and strong. The cards below list ingredients, estimated calories and caffeine, and sugar-free options for each drink.
Calories and caffeine here are estimates. Third-party sites quote different numbers for the same drink, so we show ranges and flag what’s unconfirmed. Full tables live on our nutrition guide. Prices vary by location, so we skip them here and cover cost on the price guide.
Latte

Detail | What we found |
Made with | Espresso and steamed milk, hot or iced |
Calories (estimate) | Roughly 120 to 320 across sizes |
Caffeine (estimate) | Roughly 75 to 150 mg, depending on size |
Decaf | |
Sugar-free | Yes, with a sugar-free syrup |
Closest cousin | Breve, which is richer |
Flavor: Mild and milky, so the syrup does the talking. Vanilla, Toasted Marshmallow and Crème Brûlée are the featured picks.
Best for: First-timers and anyone who wants a gentle coffee.
Pro tip: Ask for less sweet. Flavored lattes lean sweet by default.
Mocha

Detail | What we found |
Made with | Espresso, steamed milk and chocolate |
Calories (estimate) | No reliable figure found. Expect more than a plain latte |
Caffeine (estimate) | Roughly 75 to 150 mg, from the same espresso base |
Decaf | |
Sugar-free | Unconfirmed. Ask your stand |
Closest cousin | A latte with a chocolate flavor |
Flavor: Chocolate-forward with coffee underneath.
Best for: Chocolate fans who still want coffee.
Pro tip: Chocolate sauces often carry dairy and sugar, so ask about both if either matters to you.
Macchiato

Detail | What we found |
Made with | Espresso layered with milk and a flavored finish |
Calories (estimate) | Roughly 210 to 850, the widest spread on the list |
Caffeine (estimate) | Roughly 75 to 150 mg |
Decaf | |
Sugar-free | Ask first, since flavored macchiatos use sweeter builds |
Closest cousin | Latte, with a stronger espresso edge |
Flavor: Dessert-style. Salted Caramel, Funnel Cake and Raspberry Truffle are the featured picks. The caramel macchiato and the raspberry truffle macchiato are the two names people ask about most.
Best for: Sweet-tooth coffee drinkers.
Pro tip: A flavored macchiato can be one of the highest-calorie coffee orders, so size down first.
Breve

Detail | What we found |
Made with | Espresso and steamed half-and-half |
Calories (estimate) | Roughly 250 to 660 |
Caffeine (estimate) | Roughly 75 to 150 mg |
Decaf | |
Sugar-free | Yes, but the half-and-half still carries calories |
Closest cousin | Latte, which uses milk instead |
Flavor: Rich and velvety. Caramel, Honeybun and Frosted Cookie are the featured picks.
Best for: People who want a creamy, dessert-like coffee.
Pro tip: Wondering what is breve at 7 Brew? It’s a latte made richer by half-and-half. Order a smaller size than you would for a latte.
Cappuccino

Detail | What we found |
Made with | Espresso, steamed milk and a thick layer of foam |
Calories (estimate) | No reliable figure found |
Caffeine (estimate) | Roughly 75 to 150 mg |
Decaf | |
Sugar-free | Ask about sugar-free syrup |
Closest cousin | Latte, with more foam and less milk |
Flavor: Light and airy, with a stronger coffee taste than a latte.
Best for: People who like foam and a lighter drink.
Pro tip: A plain cappuccino is already less sweet. Add a flavor only if you want one.
Americano

Detail | What we found |
Made with | Espresso and water |
Calories (estimate) | Very low when unflavored |
Caffeine (estimate) | Roughly 75 to 150 mg |
Decaf | |
Sugar-free | Plain is already sugar-free. Use a sugar-free syrup for flavor |
Closest cousin | Iced Americano, which is the same drink over ice |
Flavor: Bold and thin, with no milk to soften it.
Best for: Black-coffee drinkers who want a hot cup.
Pro tip: Ask for half-caf if the full strength is more than you want.
Cold brew

Detail | What we found |
Made with | Slow-steeped coffee served over ice |
Calories (estimate) | From single digits to about 100 when plain, depending on size and source |
Caffeine (estimate) | Roughly 150 to 360 mg, depending on size and source |
Decaf | |
Sugar-free | Yes, with a sugar-free syrup |
Closest cousin | Iced Americano, though cold brew tastes smoother |
Flavor: Smooth and low in acid. Blondie, Brunette and White Mac are the featured flavor combos.
Best for: Strong, smooth coffee on a hot day.
Pro tip: It’s likely the biggest caffeine hit among the Classics, so size down if you’re sensitive.
Which Classic is richest, sweetest or lightest?
Q · Which Classic is heaviest?
Breve and flavored macchiatos are the heaviest. Americano and plain cold brew are the lightest. Latte and cappuccino sit in the middle.
This is our read, before any flavor is added. Syrups, toppings and size shift every row.
Drink | Richness | Natural sweetness | Calorie weight |
The gap between a plain Americano and a flavored breve is large. The calorie estimates we found span from single digits to well over 600 across the Classics. Picking the drink matters as much as picking the size.
Featured flavors by drink
Q · Which flavors pair with which drink?
Current listings feature Vanilla, Toasted Marshmallow and Crème Brûlée on lattes, and Salted Caramel, Funnel Cake and Raspberry Truffle on macchiatos. Breves feature Caramel, Honeybun and Frosted Cookie. Cold brew features Blondie, Brunette and White Mac.
Drink | Featured flavor choices |
These are suggestions, not limits. Syrups usually mix across drinks, so a Vanilla Breve or a Caramel Latte is fair game. Our flavors hub lists the full range, and the syrup guide explains how they taste.
The Blondie shows up here as a cold brew build. It also has its own page, because it’s the drink people search for most.
Does 7 Brew have decaf coffee?
Q · Is there decaf?
Yes for most espresso drinks, and half-caf too. Cold brew is the exception. 7 Brew says a decaf espresso shot has 2 mg of caffeine or less.
2 mg
or less per decaf shot
7 Brew’s support information says most coffee drinks can be made decaf or half-caf. Half-caf splits the shots between regular and decaf.
Decaf isn’t caffeine-free, but it’s close. The company’s figure is 2 mg or less per shot.
Here’s how half-caf works. A drink with two shots becomes one regular shot and one decaf shot. We don’t know the shot count for each 7 Brew size, so treat half-caf as roughly half the regular caffeine.
Cold brew can’t go decaf. If you want cold and low caffeine, order an iced latte, mocha or Americano with decaf shots.
Say “decaf” first at the speaker, before the flavor. It keeps the order clear.
How much caffeine is in 7 Brew coffee?
Q · How much caffeine is in 7 Brew coffee?
Estimates run about 75 to 150 mg for espresso drinks and roughly 150 to 360 mg for cold brew, depending on size and source. Decaf espresso is 2 mg or less per shot, per 7 Brew.
Estimated caffeine vs the FDA’s 400 mg daily guide
Bars show the top of each range against 400 mg, the FDA’s general daily guide for healthy adults.
Drink | Estimated caffeine | How sure we are |
2 mg or less | ||
About 75 to 150 mg | ||
About 150 to 360 mg, by size
Roughly half the regular figure |
Why the spread? Sites measure different sizes, count shots differently and copy each other. We’d rather show a range than a false exact number.
One pattern holds: milk, flavor and foam add no caffeine. A latte and a macchiato of the same size sit close together. Size and the cold brew choice are what move the number.
For context, the FDA’s general guide for healthy adults is about 400 mg a day. A large cold brew can use a big share of that. Stacking it with a 7 Energy drink can push past it fast.
How to check the numbers yourself
Open the app or read the board at your stand first. Then compare with 7 Brew’s own nutrition guide. If three sources disagree, trust the app and the guide over any third-party list, ours included.
Sugar-free and lighter coffee orders
Q · Can I get sugar-free coffee?
Yes. Swap in a sugar-free syrup, ask for less sweet, or order plain cold brew or an Americano. Sugar-free cuts sugar and some calories, not all of them.
7 Brew carries sugar-free syrups, and they work in the espresso Classics and cold brew. Our sugar-free menu guide lists which drinks can switch.
The taste is usually close to the regular syrup, just a little lighter. Milk, half-and-half and toppings still carry calories, so a sugar-free breve stays rich.
Lighter orders, from lightest up: plain Americano, plain cold brew, a small latte with sugar-free syrup, then a small cappuccino. A flavored macchiato or breve sits at the heavy end.
Milk, sweetness and toppings
Q · What can I change on a coffee drink?
Size, milk, flavor, sweetness and toppings. Milk options vary by store, and a breve already uses half-and-half.
Dairy and non-dairy milk options exist at many stands, but the list varies by store. Ask which milks are on hand today. A breve skips the milk choice because it uses half-and-half.
“Less sweet” is a routine request. It’s the biggest sugar lever you have.
Many stands offer cold foam on iced coffee drinks. It adds richness and calories, so treat it like dessert.
Caffeine, sugar and cost all scale with size. If you only change one thing, change this.
Dairy-free and special-diet coffee orders
Q · Can I get dairy-free coffee at 7 Brew?
Yes, with care. Americano and plain cold brew start dairy-free. Lattes can use non-dairy milk where a stand has it. A breve can’t be dairy-free.
Start with the base. Espresso and water, or plain cold brew, contain no dairy before milk or flavor goes in.
Milk is next. Non-dairy options vary by store, so ask which ones your stand has today.
Then check the flavor. Many flavored syrups are dairy-free, while chocolate and white chocolate sauces often contain dairy. Foam and toppings can too.
A breve uses half-and-half, so it can’t be dairy-free. We don’t make allergen claims here. Use 7 Brew’s own allergen information and tell the Brewista about any allergy before the drink starts.
Coffee order scripts by taste
Q · What do I actually say at the speaker?
Say size, drink, flavor, then sweetness. Here are six ready-to-use orders.
Mild and low sugar
“Small iced latte, sugar-free caramel, less sweet.”
Smooth and strong
“Small cold brew, sugar-free vanilla, splash of milk.”
Rich
“Small hot breve, Honeybun.”
Dessert
“Small Funnel Cake macchiato, less sweet.”
Evening
“Small decaf latte, vanilla.”
Lighter caffeine
“Small Americano, half-caf.”
Each script names the size first. That keeps the biggest levers, size and sweetness, in your hands.
Does 7 Brew have a Frappuccino?
Q · Does 7 Brew sell Frappuccinos?
No. Frappuccino is a Starbucks trademark. 7 Brew’s blended coffee drinks are called Chillers, and its nutrition guide lists Chiller versions of many coffee recipes.
If you want a frozen, blended coffee, ask for a Chiller. Our chillers guide covers the flavors and how they differ from iced coffee.
Coffee drinks people search for that we couldn’t confirm
Q · What about protein coffee, panda cold brew or snickerdoodle?
We couldn’t confirm any of them as current menu items. They may be limited-time, regional or fan-made. Ask your Brewista before you plan around one.
We found no official protein coffee on 7 Brew’s lists.
It appears in community posts, not in the Classics. Treat it as a fan build.
It reads like a seasonal or limited flavor. Check the app for what your stand has.
We couldn’t confirm a current canned coffee lineup.
We haven’t found a standing free coffee offer. Free drinks come through promos and the rewards program, so check the app.
How 7 Brew coffee compares
Q · Is 7 Brew coffee better than Dutch Bros or Starbucks?
Different strengths. 7 Brew leans on flavor combinations and a fast drive-thru. Starbucks wins on food and seating. Dutch Bros has the longer track record.
Here’s our honest read. 7 Brew’s coffee list is flavor-first. The Classics are familiar, but the draw is the syrups, the Blondie-style builds and the customization.
If you drink plain, unsweetened coffee, a regular coffee shop will likely serve you better. If you like sweet, customized drinks in a drive-thru, 7 Brew fits.
Our 7 Brew vs Dutch Bros and 7 Brew vs Starbucks comparisons go deeper.

Coffee by time of day
Q · What should I order and when?
Morning: iced latte or cold brew. Afternoon: size down or go half-caf. Evening: a decaf espresso drink, and skip cold brew.
An iced latte or a small cold brew gives you caffeine without a heavy dessert drink. It’s also the busiest window at most drive-thrus, so know your order before you reach the speaker.
Caffeine can linger for hours. Size down, or switch to half-caf if you want coffee without the sleep cost.
Order a decaf latte, mocha or Americano. Cold brew can’t be made decaf, so it’s the one to skip late.
Coffee ordering mistakes to avoid
Q · What do first-timers get wrong?
Mostly size and expectations. Large cold brews, breves treated like lattes and decaf cold brew requests top the list.
✕ Treating a breve like a latte. It’s richer and heavier. Order a smaller size.
✕ Asking for decaf cold brew. 7 Brew says it isn’t offered. Pick a decaf espresso drink.
✕ Starting with a large cold brew. It’s likely the biggest caffeine hit. Start small.
✕ Skipping “less sweet.” Flavored coffee leans sweet, and it’s a normal request.
✕ Assuming every stand has the same milks. Options vary by store. Ask first.
Seasonal and limited-time coffee drinks
Q · Do coffee drinks change by season?
Yes. Seasonal coffee drinks rotate in and out, usually with fall flavors around September and holiday drinks around November. Dates vary by year and store.

Seasonal drinks are limited time, so treat any list as a snapshot. Pumpkin and spice flavors usually lead in fall, and peppermint mocha shows up around the holidays. Our seasonal menu guide tracks what’s current.
To spot a new coffee drink at your stand, check the app when the season turns and ask the Brewista what’s new on the espresso side. We review this page monthly, so a drink can appear at your stand before it appears here.
