Q · Quick answer
What’s on the menu?
The 7 Brew menu splits into seven categories: coffees, 7 Energy, fizz sodas, tea, lemonade, smoothies and shakes. Size, milk, flavor and sweetness can all be adjusted on each drink.
The brand
What is 7 Brew? A quick history
Q · Is 7 Brew a coffee shop?
Not in the usual sense. It is a drive-thru coffee brand that started in northwest Arkansas in 2017. Its About page lists 900+ stands across 38 states, and the 7 Brew menu goes well beyond coffee.

Now
900+
stands in 38 states, per 7 Brew’s About page.
The first stand opened in Rogers, Arkansas, in 2017. By January 7, 2020, the brand had only about seven stands. On that date a new ownership group took over and began operating it as Brew Culture LLC.
The climb after that was steep. Wikipedia says 7 Brew opened its 777th stand on June 15, 2026, and the company’s own About page now lists 900+ stands in 38 states. The 7 Brew app launched on August 12, 2026. Headquarters sit in Springdale, Arkansas, and the company says it pours over a million drinks a day.
One wrinkle: the About page headline says 900+ stands, but its body text still carries an older 700+ figure. That mismatch is one reason stand counts differ from site to site. Other sites quote anything from 600 to 900+, and those numbers are snapshots from different months rather than a true conflict, which is why we date every figure. Ownership is private through Brew Culture LLC, Blackstone Inc. bought a minority stake in 2024, and 7 Brew runs on a franchise model. The About page counts about 60 Brew Crew members per stand and more than 45,000 across the country.
Many people picture a café with tables. 7 Brew works differently: it is drive-thru first, a few stands add walk-up windows, and you take the drink with you. It sits in the drive-thru-only lane alongside Dutch Bros and Scooter’s Coffee, a format that gives up seating in exchange for speed and a long customization list.
Going drive-thru-only is a business decision as much as a style. A small building is cheaper to open than a café, which likely helped the network spread quickly. That is our interpretation, not a claim from 7 Brew. Opening times differ by stand, so check our Hours Guide before a late run.

Speak the language
Stand — a location · Brewista — a barista · Brew Crew — the wider team
According to Wikipedia, the name traces back to the first lineup of seven coffee drinks, the 7 Originals. The board has since grown well beyond seven. The staff vocabulary is easy to pick up: a location is a stand, baristas are Brewistas and the whole team is the Brew Crew.
Where 20,000+ comes from
The 20,000+ figure comes from counting every base drink plus each flavor, milk and sweetness choice as its own combination. Here is an illustration of the math, not 7 Brew’s own breakdown. Suppose 30 base drinks, three sizes, ten flavors and four milks. That gives 30 × 3 × 10 × 4 = 3,600 builds. Add three sweetness levels and an optional topping and you land at 21,600. Most of those builds are small tweaks of the same drink, so do not read 20,000+ as 20,000 different tastes.
At home
7 Brew at home: the cans you can buy
Ready-to-drink cans now reach past the stand. According to 7 Brew, each 7 Energy can holds 114 mg of caffeine, and the Sugar-Free Original has 5 calories.
Q · Can I buy 7 Brew drinks in a can?
Yes. Original and Sugar-Free Original 7 Energy cans are sold at all stands. Select Walmart stores also carry sugar-free Ocean Breeze, Nightshade and Pink Mermaid cans, plus three chilled espresso cans.
The chilled espresso cans take their cues from stand favorites: Blondie (a caramel-and-vanilla breve), Brunette (a brownie mocha) and Banana Bread (a banana-and-hazelnut breve). 7 Brew describes them as Arabica-based, made with real cream and natural flavoring, and sells them at Walmart rather than at stands. Stock varies by store and flavors can change.
First visit
How a 7 Brew drive-thru visit works
Your first visit goes fast once you know the sequence. This is the usual flow.
01
Pull into the lane.
Most stands are drive-thru only, with a few walk-up windows.
02
Read the board or open the app.
The 7 Brew menu is posted in both, so decide on a size and drink before you hit the speaker.
03
Order in sequence.
Give size, drink, flavor, milk and then sweetness.
04
Pull forward to pay and collect.
Payment options vary by stand.
05
Check the cup.
Many stands add a wave or a friendly note on the lid, and it is a good moment to confirm the drink is right.
Here’s a script you can borrow:
“Small iced latte, sugar-free caramel, less sweet.”
It names size, drink, flavor and sweetness in order, so the Brewista can build it without follow-up questions.
Four questions are worth asking at the window:
Seasonal?
Is this drink seasonal or limited time? It may be gone next month.
Milk
Which milks do you have today? Options vary by store.
Caffeine
Does this build contain caffeine? 7 Fizz Sodas don’t, but energy builds and green tea lemonades do.
Sweetness
Can you make it less sweet? A routine request, and the biggest sugar lever.
Lane courtesy
A few courtesies keep a busy lane moving: know your order before the speaker, make your changes in one go and pull forward promptly.
Groups
For a group, read out each drink one by one and repeat the size, which is the fastest way to avoid a wrong cup. On a long drive, ask for less ice, since ice melts quickly in a warm car and waters the drink down.
Beat the line
Mornings and weekends are the busy stretches at most drive-thrus, so a mid-morning stop usually goes quicker. That is a general drive-thru habit, not a 7 Brew statistic.
Make it yours
How to customize your 7 Brew order
Customizing is half the appeal of the 7 Brew menu. Most drinks begin with a base, and you steer the rest.
Give your order in that same sequence each time so the speaker hears it clearly and mistakes drop. On early visits, change one thing at a time so you can tell which tweak made the difference. Four templates, sorted by goal:

|
What you change |
Common options |
Why it matters |
|
Small, medium, large |
||
|
Dairy and non-dairy, varies by store |
||
|
Regular, less sweet, sugar-free syrup |
||
|
Syrups, reportedly Torani |
||
|
Cold foam and similar add-ons |
||
|
+15 g collagen protein |
Four order templates by goal
Cut the sugar:
Medium iced coffee
sugar-free syrup, less sweet, no topping. Three changes that all lower sugar.
Caffeine without coffee:
Small 7 Energy
then ask which flavors run less sweet. Starting small keeps caffeine in check.
Dessert drink:
Small milkshake
split it. Rich and sweet by design.
Light and cold:
Small fizz soda
in a flavor you know. Low risk for a first order.
Undecided?
Describe what you are after, such as “something sweet and cold, no coffee,” and let the Brewista suggest. Changing sweetness or milk is a normal ask, so go ahead.
Flavor choices live on our Flavors Hub. If a flavor or milk is out, ask for the nearest swap rather than a default. Stands do run short on a syrup or seasonal ingredient, and the Brewista knows the closest match.
Sugar-free swaps
7 Brew carries sugar-free syrups, and our Sugar-Free Menu Guide shows which drinks can switch. Sugar-free syrup trims calories and sugar and tastes close to the regular kind, only a touch lighter. How many calories you save depends on the drink and size.
What it costs
~$2 to ~$8
Cost shifts with size, drink type and store. As a rough estimate, a plain coffee sits near $2 and a large loaded energy drink or Blondie near $8. That is an estimate, not a quote, and prices may vary by location. Our Price Guide breaks it down by size.
Off-menu drinks
Off-menu drinks circulate online, but 7 Brew does not publish a secret menu. Some drinks fans call secret, like Stargazer and Dragon’s Blood, are official fizz sodas. The rest are fan-made builds from regular syrups and bases, so ask politely and accept that a stand may say no. Our Secret Menu Guide labels each drink Official, Reported or Fan-made.
Health basics
Caffeine and sugar: how to pick a size
Two numbers tell you whether a drink from the 7 Brew menu suits your day: caffeine and sugar.
Q · How much caffeine is too much?
For most healthy adults, the FDA points to about 400 mg of caffeine a day. Check the figure before you stack a coffee and a 7 Energy drink.
FDA, healthy adults
400 mg / day
On caffeine, the FDA’s general guide for healthy adults is up to about 400 milligrams a day. A coffee plus a large 7 Energy before lunch can pile up quickly. Our Calorie, Sugar, and Caffeine Tables list figures by drink and size.
American Heart Association, added sugar
36 g men · 25 g women
On sugar, the American Heart Association suggests no more than about 36 grams of added sugar a day for men and 25 grams for women. One large sweet drink can use up much of that allowance. We skip exact grams here because they vary by drink and size.
Timing
Hours
Timing counts as well. Caffeine lingers for hours, so a big 7 Energy at 4 p.m. can eat into sleep. For late orders, drop a size or pick a caffeine-free 7 Fizz Soda.
Four moves do most of the work.
Best move
One size down trims caffeine, sugar and cost at once.
Less sweet
Less sweet cuts sugar at a small flavor cost.
Sugar-free
Sugar-free syrup lowers calories and sugar with a slightly lighter taste.
No topping
Skipping the topping saves calories and a bit of richness.
If you change only one thing, change the size.
Families
7 Brew for kids, teens and special diets
Q · Is 7 Brew okay for kids?
Pick caffeine-free drinks like 7 Fizz Sodas, smoothies or milkshakes. The American Academy of Pediatrics doesn’t recommend energy drinks for kids or teens.
Skip
7 Energy
7 Energy is the one to skip for kids and most teens. Smoothies, milkshakes and hot chocolate are the usual caffeine-free picks. 7 Fizz Sodas are caffeine-free, but green tea lemonades like Fruit Roll-Up carry some caffeine.
Dairy-free
Milk swaps
Dairy-free orders come down to milk swaps. Many stands stock non-dairy milks, but each store’s list differs. Mention any allergy before the Brewista starts, since shared equipment is normal in a drive-thru.
Hidden dairy
Beyond the milk
Dairy can sit outside the milk too. Sauces, whipped toppings and cold foam often contain it, while many flavored syrups don’t. Ask about the exact ingredients in your build instead of judging by the drink name.
This page makes no allergen claims; rely on 7 Brew’s own allergen information and ask at the window.
Avoid these
Mistakes first-timers make at 7 Brew
✕ Starting with a large. That is the heaviest dose of caffeine and sugar, so begin small.
✕ Skipping the sweetness question. Many drinks on the 7 Brew menu lean sweet, and “less sweet” is a normal request.
✕ Stacking caffeine. A coffee plus a 7 Energy in one morning is easy to overdo.
✕ Treating fan-made secret builds as official. Some “secret” drinks, like Stargazer, are official fizz sodas, but most are fan-made, and a stand can say no.
✕ Trusting one price list. Online lists disagree by a couple of dollars for the same drink. Check your stand’s board.
✕ Ordering a seasonal drink late. Limited drinks leave when the season ends.
✕ Assuming every stand matches. Seasonal drinks, milk options and food can differ by store. Confirm on the board or in the app.
✕ Ignoring the app. Offers and rewards live there. Check before you order, not after.
Fact check
Menu myths we keep seeing
Certain claims about the 7 Brew menu get repeated online until they pass for fact. These are the ones we would correct.
Myth: every stand has the same menu.
Core drinks match, yet the 7 Brew menu in front of you can shift by store, with seasonal drinks, milk options and food varying.
Myth: 20,000+ combinations means 20,000 different drinks.
The figure counts builds, not recipes, and most builds are small tweaks of the same base drinks.
Myth: 7 Energy is just strong coffee.
It is its own category of fruity energy drinks, and caffeine levels differ from coffee, so check the figures before treating them as interchangeable.
Myth: sugar-free means zero calories.
The syrup swap cuts sugar and some calories, but milk, toppings and the base drink still count.
Myth: secret menu drinks are official.
Most are fan-made builds that a stand can decline.
Myth: prices are the same everywhere.
Not so. Prices vary by location, and online lists disagree on the very same drink.
Recommendations
Which category should you start with?
Choose the category before the drink on the 7 Brew menu. Three questions narrow it down quickly.
Do you want caffeine?
If yes, begin with coffees or 7 Energy. If no, try smoothies, shakes or fizz, and confirm at the window.
How sweet do you want it?
Coffees are easiest to dial down, since you can request less sweet or sugar-free syrup, while shakes and smoothies start sweeter.
Hot or cold?
Most order guides lean toward iced drinks, but hot options exist in coffee and tea, so ask what your stand offers.
Our first-visit ranking
1. Coffees 2. Fizz 3. Smoothies 4. Lemonades 5. Teas 6. Shakes 7. 7 Energy
Ranking the categories for a first visit, we would put coffees first because nearly everything can be adjusted. Fizz and smoothies follow for non-coffee drinkers, then lemonades and teas. Shakes are a treat rather than a daily drink. 7 Energy lands last for newcomers because caffeine calls for a size decision you cannot undo once the cup is filled.

What to order by situation
Here is how we would choose from the 7 Brew menu in common situations.
Commute
Morning commute.
A small iced coffee or latte, less sweet. Keep the order quick and pick a drink that rides well in a cup holder.
Slump
Afternoon slump.
If you have already had coffee, a 7 Energy only stacks more caffeine on top. A smoothie or milkshake is gentler, and 7 Brew describes its 7 Fizz Sodas as caffeine-free, so fizz works too. Green tea lemonades still carry some caffeine.
Heat
Hot day.
Lemonade, a smoothie or a blended chiller. Cold and sweet, and a smaller size still does the job.
Group
Road trip with a group.
Pick drinks that survive a warm car: coffee, fizz or lemonade. Shakes and smoothies turn thin as they melt.
Kids
Kids in the car.
A smoothie or milkshake, and skip 7 Energy.
Sugar
Watching sugar.
Small size, sugar-free syrup, less sweet and no topping. The Nutrition Tables show what shifts.
First visit
First visit.
A small Blondie, with a request for less sweet if you are unsure.
7 Brew reviews
Is 7 Brew worth it? An honest take on 7 Brew reviews
Read enough 7 Brew reviews and the same themes keep returning. Here is how they stack up.
Q · Is 7 Brew worth trying?
Yes, mainly for the customization and the fast drive-thru. Expect sweet drinks and prices above a plain gas-station coffee.
What works:
a quick drive-thru, friendly Brewistas, deep customization, a big non-coffee lineup and fresh drinks every season. Drinks are also easy to dial up or down.
What doesn’t:
many drinks lean sweet, large loaded drinks get expensive, and quality and wait times differ by stand. Food is limited and varies by store, and the secret menu hype outruns what stands will actually make.
We would push back on one piece of hype: the 20,000+ combinations. The count is fair, but it mostly reflects small variations on a few dozen base drinks. In practice you settle on two or three orders and tweak them by season.
Any single review is a snapshot of one stand on one day. A slow line or an over-sweet drink often says more about that stand’s staffing or one particular order than about the brand. Look for the same point across several stands, and give more weight to reviews that name what was ordered.
We would like 7 Brew to show clearer caffeine and sugar labels on the board. Outside sites fill that gap with conflicting numbers, and that is where people get confused.
If 7 Brew becomes a habit, a medium with sugar-free syrup is the middle path: the flavor stays, the caffeine stays reasonable, and the weekly bill does not creep up. Skip it if you want a seat, a quiet laptop session or a full breakfast, because 7 Brew is built for the drive-thru lane. Plain, unsweetened coffee drinkers will find better value at an ordinary café.

Want a ranked shortlist? Try our Best 7 Brew Drinks List. Food is limited and varies by store, so eat first if you are hungry.
Coming from another chain? Our 7 Brew vs Dutch Bros comparison covers the closest rival, and 7 Brew vs Starbucks covers the giant. In short, Starbucks offers more food and indoor seating, Dutch Bros opened in 1992, and 7 Brew’s pull is customization plus a fast-growing network.

7 Brew specials today: how to find them
Promos tied to the 7 Brew menu rotate around holidays and special days, and the details change month to month.
Q · Is there a 7 Brew special today?
7 Brew doesn’t publish a fixed daily special that we’ve found. Offers show up in the app, on social media and on the stand’s menu board.
Screenshot the deal
Promos usually carry a time window, so today’s deal may be gone next week. Screenshot the offer in the app and confirm the terms at your stand, since terms can differ by location.
Use the app
The quickest way to catch them is the Rewards Program inside the 7 Brew app. Check both before ordering, since an offer can change which size is the best pick.
Double-check here
How to double-check anything here: open the app, read the board at your stand, and trust those over us if they disagree. Prices, seasonal drinks and milk options change faster than any guide can.
What we couldn’t verify: Price ranges on this page are estimates, and seasonal windows vary by store. Fan-made secret builds aren’t on 7brew.com, so the Secret Menu Guide covers them with sources.

FAQ
7 Brew menu: frequently asked questions
What is on the 7 Brew menu?
The board has seven categories: coffees, 7 Energy, 7 Fizz, teas, lemonades, smoothies and shakes. Size, milk, flavor and sweetness can all be adjusted, and seasonal drinks rotate in. 7 Brew counts 20,000+ possible combinations, though most are variations on the same base drinks. Prices and availability may vary by location.
What is 7 Brew?
7 Brew is a drive-thru coffee brand founded in northwest Arkansas in 2017, with its first stand in Rogers. The About page lists 900+ stands across 38 states, and the board covers coffee, energy drinks, sodas, tea, lemonade, smoothies and shakes.
Does 7 Brew have a new menu in 2026?
There is no single relaunch. Seasonal drinks arrive in waves, with fall flavors first and holiday drinks later. Exact dates vary by year and store, so confirm in the app or on the menu board, where limited drinks usually appear before any guide.
Where can I see the 7 Brew full menu?
The full lineup is on 7brew.com and in the app, and each stand shows it on the drive-thru board. This page walks through the 7 Brew menu in plain English. Availability and prices may vary by location.
Why is 7 Brew so popular?
Three things stand out: a quick drive-thru, friendly Brewistas and a huge amount of customization. Add a big non-coffee lineup and steady new flavors, and the brand has grown from about seven stands in 2020 to 900+. Non-coffee drinkers can find something too, which widens the crowd.
Does 7 Brew have sugar-free options?
Yes. 7 Brew flags 15 syrups as sugar-free, including vanilla, caramel, hazelnut, and dark and white chocolate. Using them lowers sugar and calories, and the taste is usually close to the regular syrup. Not every drink can switch, and the saving depends on drink and size, so ask your Brewista which flavors have a sugar-free version.
Does 7 Brew have a secret menu?
Not an official one that we’ve found. Some drinks called secret, like Stargazer and Dragon’s Blood, are official fizz sodas. The rest are fan-made builds from regular syrups and bases. A barista may or may not make them, so ask politely, and treat a yes as a courtesy rather than a guarantee.
Is there a 7 Brew special today?
We haven’t found a fixed daily special published by 7 Brew. Promos rotate around holidays and special days, so check the app and rewards program for your stand’s current offer, and keep a screenshot handy for the window.
That is the 7 Brew menu in one place.
Choose a category, open its guide and change one thing per order: size, milk or sweetness. Start small, ask for less sweet and fine-tune next visit.
